Agentic Slack Bot Jira Assistant

Built a Slack bot that uses AI to read a discussion thread, extract the bug report or feature request, and file a properly-formatted Jira ticket automatically — summary, description, and metadata pre-filled.

Also handles day-to-day ticket housekeeping directly from Slack: status checks (including epic roll-ups of open child tickets), search, comments, assignment, and closing — turning a multi-step context switch into a single chat command.
